Scott Luck has just entered the “Blogosphere”
I know what you are thinking. You are thinking…not another blog! So many blogs to read and so little time right? Sure. I understand completely.
As I begin my journey deep into the blogosphere, my goal is develop good communication for those inside our church family as well as those outside our church family. As a pastor, one of the biggest challenges is communicating what is going on in our congregation. You have heard me say, “People are down on what they are not up on.” My goal is to provide you with a tool for being up on everything that God is doing in our Body life as a church. I think there are exciting God movements in our community of faith and you should know about every one of them. And that is precisely what I will be doing…acting as a “Life Change Reporter” if you will.
On this blog, you will also be kept up on decisions we are making as a leadership team(our staff and elders). Currently, we are wrestling with space issues at church as we continue to grow numerically and spiritually. We are agressively seeking solutions and looking at all of our options. Any solution we come up with will obviously have our church family right at the center of it. Therefore, you need to be well-informed. But most of all, you will experience a deeper joy by being more in the loop…that is more up on all things.
Let me know what you think.
Scott
